What is Paint.NET ?

There is a plugin for Paint.NET using which users can easily open and edit the PSD files. You don’t need to have Adobe Photoshop for this. Follow the steps given below to open PSD files inside Paint.NET.
  1. Download Paint.NET PSD plugin from here.
  2. Extract the dll file to C: \ Program Files \ Paint.NET \ FileTypes
  3. Start Paint.net and done.
