Calorie-free sugar for diabetes

For people with diabetes mellitus pure sugar and food ingredients treated with pure sugar, like white sugar, brown sugar, honey, syrup, and other sweet foods are included in the type of foods to avoid for blood sugar always under control.

"Various studies have suggested that stevia can provide benefits for diabetics, the regulation of blood sugar levels better," said Norma Sari Dewi, brand manager of Tropicana Slim. He added, this product can be a choice of low-calorie sugar, not only for diabetics but for anyone who wants a healthy lifestyle but still fun.
